Every product offered by the STUDIOLEVEL SHOP is made by myself only. I do not copy, do not use belt production, each product is the only one – this is why the STUDIOLEVEL SHOP’s products are unique. When buying from us, you can be 100% certain that you are the only owner of the item purchased. The pictures on my website are only an example – they present finished projects as well as single elements.

The products made in my professional workshop are new, have never been used, have no physical damage and have put legally put into the market.

I do my best for the descriptions, pictures and every piece of information concerning the products in my shop could reliably present the nature of the products to the client, were consistent with reality and the conditions of an order. However, if the details from the offer do not match the actual state, within 14 days after the purchase the client has the right to withdraw from the agreement that has been made at a distance.

My products are not subject to warranty. They are handmade with adequate care and appropriate aesthetics, using the best materials. Always carefully painted and finished, they are appropriately strong and durable, therefore they can only be damaged by mechanical force or accidents.

The right to withdraw from the agreement do not apply when the product has been mechanically damaged from the outside. Before accepting the package it should always be checked for damage during transport.

My packages are always packed carefully. When receiving the package, please pay special attention to the condition of tapes and seals sticked to the package. In case of the packaging damage, if the tapes or seals are broken, do not accept the package and write a statement in front of the delivery person about the damage and contact me as soon as possible to clarify the situation. Some of my packages are controlled by custom office this fact is stated on the office documents.

Checking the package upon receipt is a necessary condition in a case of potential claims from the clients based on damage or stealing during transport. In case of unjustified claims or damage caused by the user, any cost will be covered by the client.

Any disagreements concerning realization of the purchase between the shop and the client will be dealt with via negotiations first with the intention of an amicable settlement.
