For customers within the European Union, VAT is already included in the product price and no additional customs duties or import charges apply.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes, or other import charges may apply depending on the destination country's regulations.

We ship worldwide using trusted courier and postal services. Depending on the destination, order size, and the best available option, we always choose the shipping method that offers the best balance of reliability, delivery time, and cost.
Every shipment includes a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order throughout its journey.

4. Order Preparation & Delivery
Most miniatures and busts are in stock and are usually shipped within 1–2 business days.
Larger terrain sets, made-to-order items, commission work, or periods of high order volume may require additional preparation time before dispatch.

5. If Something Goes Wrong
If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or lost during transit, don't worry—you won't be left alone. We'll work with the shipping provider and do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
