These Terms of Service apply to all purchases and custom commissions made through the StudioLevel online shop.

2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of the StudioLevel online store, including:

placing orders through the online store,
commissioning custom projects,
payment terms,
the rights and obligations of both the customer and the seller.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

3. Product Categories

StudioLevel offers the following product categories:

Ready-Made Products – items available from stock.
Made-to-Order Products – products manufactured after purchase but not personalized.
Custom Commissions – individually agreed projects created according to the customer's specifications.
Digital Products (STL Files) – downloadable digital files supplied electronically.

4. Products

StudioLevel specializes in handcrafted terrain, scenery, collectible miniatures, busts, and licensed 3D printed products.

Due to the nature of handcrafted production and 3D printing, slight variations in colour, texture, surface finish, or assembly may occur and do not constitute defects.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Minor differences between photographs and the final product may occur.

5. Prices & Payments

Product prices are set in EUR. For your convenience, prices may also be displayed in other supported currencies based on your selected market or location. Final payment is processed in the currency shown at checkout.

Applicable taxes are calculated according to the destination country where required by law.

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders enter production or processing only after payment has been successfully received.

6. Orders

Orders placed through the online store become binding once payment has been successfully completed.

Custom commissions become binding once the agreed deposit has been received.

StudioLevel reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, any payment received will be fully refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

All photographs, product descriptions, designs, logos, graphics, and other content published on this website remain the intellectual property of StudioLevel or their respective licensors.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

StudioLevel shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including force majeure, courier delays, supply shortages, or other unforeseen events.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Poland.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable under the laws of the customer's country of residence where such protection is required by law.
