These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases and commissions made through the StudioLevel online store.
1. Seller Information

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions define the rules for:

placing orders via the online store,

commissioning custom work via email,

payments, delivery, and liability.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
3. Definitions
For clarity and consistency with the Refund & Return Policy, the following definitions apply:

Custom Commissions – individually agreed projects created according to the customer’s specific requirements, discussed and confirmed via email.

Made-to-Order Products – standard catalog products produced after purchase, but not customized or personalized.

Ready-Made Products – items available as finished stock (e.g. bases, casts, small accessories).
-
Consumer – a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade or profession.
4. Products & Handmade Nature
All StudioLevel products are created as part of a handcrafted production process.
Our offer may include:

handmade terrain and scenery,
-
3D printed components and miniatures (such as bits, figures, and selected scenery elements).
All printed products are produced under valid commercial licenses.
The production method (handmade, 3D printed, or mixed) is clearly stated in each product description.
Due to the nature of handcrafted and small-batch production, minor variations in appearance, texture, or finish may occur and do not constitute defects.
5. Prices & TaxesÂ
All prices are listed in EUR.

For customers within the European Union, prices include VAT, applied in accordance with the applicable VAT rate of the customer’s country, as required by law.

Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout or confirmed individually for custom commissions.
For customers outside the European Union (including, but not limited to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries where import taxes or duties apply):

shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer and may be required prior to delivery (DAP – Delivered At Place).
In certain destinations, including the United States, additional taxes or fees may be prepaid by the Seller where required by the shipping provider (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid) and included in the final shipping cost.
Final prices are confirmed during checkout or, in the case of custom commissions, via email.
6. Orders & Order Confirmation

Orders for Made-to-Order and Ready-Made Products are placed through the online store.

Custom Commissions are agreed individually via email.

An order becomes binding once payment or, in the case of commissions, the required deposit is received.
7. Custom Commissions

Custom Commissions are agreed exclusively via email.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
-
Production starts upon receipt of the deposit.

The remaining 70% and individual shipping costs are payable after completion and customer approval.

Once production has started, Custom Commissions cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
8. Made-to-Order & Ready-Made Products
Made-to-Order Products are produced after purchase but are not personalized.

Ready-Made Products are shipped from available stock.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided individually and may vary depending on workload, materials, and external factors.
9. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of non-customized products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
Detailed rules regarding withdrawals, returns, and refunds are described in the Refund & Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
10. Payments

Payments for store products are processed via Shopify Payments and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

Payment terms for Custom Commissions are agreed individually via email.

Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.
11. Shipping & Delivery

Products are shipped after full payment has been received.

Shipping methods and costs depend on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute guaranteed deadlines.
12. Damage, Complaints & Claims
Customers must inspect shipments immediately upon delivery.
Any damage caused during transport or incorrect items must be reported upon receipt of the shipment, with photographic documentation.
13. Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, force majeure events, or material shortages.
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed amicably.
Consumers retain the right to seek resolution through appropriate consumer protection authorities or competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections arising from European Union law.
16. Amendments
The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms.
The version in force at the time of order placement shall apply to the given order.
